About Us

  • According to the CDC cavities (also known as caries or tooth decay) are one of the most common chronic diseases of childhood in the United States. Untreated cavities can cause pain and infections that may lead to problems with eating, speaking, playing, and learning. Children who have poor oral health often miss more school and receive lower grades than children who don’t.

  • More than half of children aged 6 to 8 have had a cavity in at least one of their baby (primary) teeth.1

  • More than half of adolescents aged 12 to 19 have had a cavity in at least one of their permanent teeth.1

  • Children aged 5 to 19 years from low-income families are twice as likely (25%) to have cavities, compared with children from higher-income households (11%).

Smilegivers was established based on the beliefs that everyone deserves access to oral health. One of Smilegivers missions is to help fight the above issues by providing education, resources and treatments locally and globally.

Smilegivers helps underserved children receive oral health care, oral health education and oral hygiene kits

Millions of children lack access to dental care, and as a result, they suffer long-term health repercussions such as undiagnosed dental decay and other, more severe dental issues. SmileGivers, as a dental health provider, expands availability to oral health care for underprivileged kids by assisting charity clinics and neighborhood partners that offer educational, preventive, and therapeutic services.

Our Goal Is To help everyone have a better lifestyle through better oral health!
